The point is, between she and her, She is always going to be in the subject (near or at the beginning) of the sentence.

Yes B is correct. The bit I wrote afterwards was just more clarification. I even gave a demonstration by stating a sentence using both She and her.

"She" is clearly used at the beginning of the sentence. I didn't realize it would confuse you further.
