Find a cubic function with the given zeros. -2, 5, -6

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

When you are given the "zero's" which are the "roots" of the function, it is represented like: \[f:f(x)=(x \pm k_1)(x \pm k_2 ) (x \pm k_3)...(x \pm k _{n-1})(x \pm k_n)\] Where k1 to kn represent the root of the function, also known as the zeroes. So, all you have to do is represent it like that: \[f:f(x)=(x+2)(x-5)(x+6)\] All you have to do is apply the distributive property and you+ll be done.
