If you know that a < b, and both a and b are positive numbers, then what must be true about the relationship between the opposites of these numbers? Explain.

thats easy we know that the "OPPOSITE" of any positive number is negative so we know that the opposite of this relationship must be negative
yea but i put that it was wrong
we also know that if a is greater than b as positive than as negative its the opposite
-a>-b

for example 1<2 this in a statement means 2 is greater than 1 but if they were the opposite -1>-2 this would be the statement which says -1 is greater than -2
