@amberosales Sorry but I have not personally taken any class that taught me about MAD, therefore my assumptions of what the answer might be, might be incorrect. my assumption is that if the MAD part of the ratio is a decent amount smaller than the mean part of the ratio, then the set of numbers are all the more closer to the actual mean. a MAD of 0 would mean that the set of numbers are all/most identical with that we can rule out D
