yes - but there's an error on the last line - watch the signs and where is the '= 0'
kk, got ya. Just needed to make sure I was legal by taking cos^2 and transforming it into 1-sin^2 in an equation :-)
where is the error?? the -sin^2??
Oh - sorry there's no error (silly me!)i -sin^2 x - sin x + 1 = 0 but its easier to solve quadratic equations with a positive term in x^2 so change all signs giving sin^2 x + sin x - 1 = 0
Yes, thanks!!!
