On each draw, the probability of drawing a Jack is 1/3 and the probability of not drawing a Jack is 2/3. The events 'draw a Jack' and 'not draw a Jack' are independent. There are two ways to draw one Jack, on the first draw or on the second draw. Therefore the required probability is: \[\large \frac{2\times1\times2}{3\times3}=you\ can\ calculate\]
