Is it a sentence fragment? I was confused because I just now found the subject in my lesson. I thought it wouldn't be the answer if it wasn't in the lesson.

An infinitive phrase will start with the word 'to', then a verb, then next an object. EXAMPLE : to shake a tree

Lastly, a sentence fragment is an incomplete sentence EXAMPLE : After I ate pie.
