If a line crosses the y-axis at (0,-4) and has a slope of -2, what is the equation of the line? A) 2x-y=-4 B) 2x+y=-4 C) 2x+y=4 D) 2x-y=4 I'm slow at this stuff :( Sorry. Thanks for the help though. xoxoxo<3 :)

Where does it cross the y-axis? This means, when x=0 y=what? The value of y is the y-intercept, we we usually indicate by b: y=mx+b "m" is the slope of the graph -- this was also given Plug in m and b and then rearrange terms. Tell me what you get.
