Well there was a problem for #3: If a car has traveled 35 km in half an hour, what is the average speed?
For that problem, I got 70km/hr?
yes. #3 the car averages 70 km/hr over that 1/2 hour. To average 70 km/hr it either goes a steady 70 km/hr or it goes slower and then faster. But it is possible for it to go exactly 70 km/hr the entire 1/2 hour Now if the car stops for enough time, its average speed goes down. if it waits long enough its average speed will go down to 2 km/hr it can then start up and travel at 2 km/hr the rest of its journey.
So I would say yes, the car could average 2 km/hour without exceeding 70 km/hr
