Dependent clauses have subjects and verbs and often start with: who, what, where which, that. Etc. I possibly think it can be D. If this clause is omitted, the remaining sentence still makes sense and has a subject and verb. I would classify answer D as a restrictive relative clause due to it being necessary to identify the exact woman in question.
