Well, which of those is always true and has to do with angles? For example, the " Line segments PQ and RS do not have a fixed length." is ALWAYS false because if it is a segment it has a fixed length and even if you talk about lines their infitinte length has nothing to do with angles.

Yes. Those would only be 180 at right angles! So that is certainly false.
That leaves only two. One of them is false, the other is the answer.

Yah, that is false and true... it is nonsense. They also intersect at an angle LESS than 90! Just on the other side of the line. So by killing those three you are only left with one: Sum of the measures of angles RTQ and QTS is 180°.
