How many terms are in the expression -2(a + b + c) ? [A-SSE.1.a] A. 1 B. 2 C. 3 D. 4

pooja195 (pooja195):

-2(a + b + c) when you distribute you get: -2a -2b -2c how many terms are there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

I would say one. I don't think we are to distribute. Else we would say \(7x\) is seven terms because \[7x=x+x+x+x+x+x+x\]

pooja195 (pooja195):

Im thinking 3 :/ i think we are supposed to distribute .-.

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

how many terms in \(7x\)?

pooja195 (pooja195):

Thats one but i think they want us to distribute.
