Yes I can see the picture. I'm asking to help you do problems like this on your own. Since f '' changes sign as we pass through either x = 0 or x = 4, this means there are 2 inflection points at x = 0 and x = 4 if f '' didn't change sign as you pass through a root, then it's not an inflection point
