my only problem is finding the derivative okay so this is what i think it is g(f(3x))' * f(3x)' im just not sure if to get f(3x) you need the chain rule or not

My bad with plugging in the numbers it looks like, I see where I messed up.

Using the chain rule does yield 150 as you say.
