FAN AND MEDAL*** An inequality is shown below: −np − 5 ≤ 4(c − 2) Which of the following solves for n? A)n ≥ − the quantity 4 times c minus 3 all over p B)n ≥ − the quantity 4 times c minus 13 all over p C)n ≤ − the quantity 4 times c minus 3 all over p D)n ≤ − the quantity 4 times c minus 13 all over p

@johnweldon1993 can you help please?

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

Well, we want to isolate 'n' on one side of that inequality sign. \[\large -np - 5 \le 4(c - 2)\] First thing we need to do is distribute that 4 through those parenthesis...what would we have then?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its A but im not sure

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

You are absolutely correct :)

thank you a lot!!!

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):
