I created a right triangle like in the video, but I am unsure on how to use my ratio like he did.
suppose a partitions a segment in the ratio 1:1 what does that mean? that both the partitioned parts are equal! that is, the point that partitions is a mid-point :) now what if a point partitions a segment in the ratio 3:1 ?? that means one of the partition is 3 times longer than the other! |dw:1439545954472:dw|
