First, you should probably put all of the fractions into decimal form, and round them all to the nearest hundredth. 1.34, -0.71, -0.75, and 0.44 After that, is there any more information you have?

Next you would find the average rate of change, which is the sum of everything divided by the number of things you're dividing. In this case, (1.34 -0.71 -0.75+0.44)/4 Which is 0.08. So the equation would be y=0.08x where x is the amount of days, and y is the temperature change. I would check that with someone else tho. I'm not 100% sure what the question was expecting as an answer.
