I'm having a bit of trouble with this algebraic expression.... a= 2, b=3, and c= -6 (a-c) (c+5) So here's what I substituted: (2 - (-6))(-6 +5) Did I do this right?

OpenStudy (plasmataco):

Wat....?

OpenStudy (arindameducationusc):

yes

OpenStudy (plasmataco):

Yup

OpenStudy (arindameducationusc):

yes you did right! Good job!

Thanks for much! So the answer would be... -8 right? I'll give you guys both medals...if I can. I'm new at openstudy lol

OpenStudy (plasmataco):

To help even more, when there are 2 negatives, it makes a positive so 2-(-6) is equal to 2+6

OpenStudy (coming.home):

Okay I got it. Thanks for much again! :)

OpenStudy (plasmataco):
