The simplified translation of that line is 'I will try to like him, if trying can make me like him'. Based on that alone, I think the most likely answer is the 2nd option, that she 'will obey her mothers wishes.'

@republican31 I agree, these answers don't really fit. Paris is probably handsome, but Juliet wouldn't care about that. She isn't the kind of person to purposefully deceive her mother, so that's out. I think that she was thinking along the lines of, "I'll 'marry' him if my parents tell me I have to, but I don't want to." She's probably thought about it, and dislikes the idea- but doesn't want to purposefully defy her mother. I'm sure I didn't really help answer your question, but I hope I could give some insight. :)
