Well, for every 5 babies there is 1 female momma. So a 5:1 ratio. If it is Mothers to Babies, then @Abhisar is correct. If it is Babies to Mothers, then it would be 5. It all depends on the exact wording of the question.

it would be 1/5 if it asked the ratio of female rabbits to baby rabbits but they switched it around so its the other way, 5/1
