no numbers in involved, just wants to know whether its true or false, I dont know why I mess these things up, but its the darn true or false statements they switch in the directions

or think of an example the statement "water is wet OR unicorns exist" is overall true because water is indeed wet even though unicorns don't exist. So the person saying this compound statement isn't lying

I see, so even if theres a false statement, but a true statement within, its true.

yeah both need to be false for `p v r` to be false

if you change that OR to AND, then both need to be true for the whole thing to be true. Otherwise, the whole thing is false. So in a way, it's like the flip of OR
