For these numbers, the hundreds places won't matter. When you round, you simply go up from anything great than 5. So first, add the two million-placed numbers. You get 11. Now add 772, and 274. That gives you 1046, I could be wrong. Using mental math here.

So, we've got 11 million and an extra 1,046, which isn't enough to shift the rounding. Your answer would be 11,000,000. (If anyone wants to double check that'd be okay)
