(a) The area of a square is 12 m2. What is s, the length of the side of the square? Simplify your answer. Show your work (b) Suppose the square forms the face of a cube. What is the volume of the cube? Simplify your answer. Show your work.

A square has sides which are of equal length

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1441983158800:dw| s^2 = 12 m^2 therefore, s = square root of 12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since the length of the square is the square root of 12, and the volume of a cube with lthe same length is length x breadth x height, then the volume will be the square root of 12 cubed (i.e. the square root of 12 x the square root of twelve x the square root of 12)

so what about (C)? @BPDlkeme234
