did u mean 2(x+1)(x-3)^2 - 3(x+1)^2(x-3)
yes sorry
(x-3)(-x^2+2x-9)
how did you get that
We need to factor the GCF (Greatest Common Factor). The resulting term is a product of the GCF and the original expression divided by the GCF.

The GCF is (x+1)(x-3)
okay then im left with 2(x-3) -3(x+1)?
@Giantclan
so that becomes 2x - 3x -6 - 3 = -x - 9 so if you take the GCF (x +1)(x -3) have (x +1)(x-3)(-x - 9) = -(x + 1)(x-3)(x + 9)
thank you!
