I just took a(n) English Language Test,I got a grade as that of an Elementary School Kid.But I'm a 10th grader.Also,I have a E.Language test on October 8 of this year...

Gimme some tips to improve my English....

Read. Everyone says it, but it's true. It'll give you an instinctive knowledge of sentence structure and spelling, plus everyone assumes you're smart. :) Go with books you enjoy that you'd actually want to read, but don't remain stagnant. There's a lot of satisfaction to be found in finishing a classic you never thought you could tackle, and a lot of them are classics because despite their difficulty they're truly engaging.
Find a grammar primer, one that covers cases and sentence structure and tenses. Read it at least once.
Try and use proper grammar everywhere, avoid bad habits.
Get your homophones right - your, you're, ect.
If you'd like I'd be happy to proofread a few papers.

It's 'an' if it precedes a vowel, AEIOU, so yeah, 'an' english language test.

As stated above by @FitzIncorporated yes reading will help tremendously. Please get a good night's sleep before the exam and remember to breathe. Keep in mind that you can do it.

Read. Watch the news. Write a paragraph of analysis on a News Article or analyse a chapter of a novel, every single day. Take 15 minutes out of your day and just write. Compare your analysis to pieces published online.

Explore the author's aim/ what techniques do they utilize to get the require response from the reader/ elicit feeling/meaning etc.

Above all read and write. No easy way mate. Just be consistent.
