I would say false, a law by definition is a theory that has been repeatedly observed by various groups, like the law of gravity, but the law it's self doesn't give insight to why gravity works.

@natasha.galich It is found, False, only when you consider the examples in terms of theory for example: Ohm's law, unlike Newton's law, is NOT a fundamental law of nature. Instead, it's a property displayed by some materials.
