How long is the moon’s rotational period? A. half its period of revolution B. twice its period of revolution C. the same as its period of revolution D. one-fourth its period of revolution

Perhaps this question would me more clear, if it replaced the word "revolution" with the word "orbit". It turns out that the answer is C. Its period of rotation is the same as its period of orbit. This is true whether you measure this relative to distant stars, or whether you measure this relative to Earth's solar orbit.
thanks
Np :)
Actually the rotation is very close to its orbital period known as a synchrous rotation,
so its not c @radar
Its C.
C. is stating that the orbital and revolution period is the same. That is what I was trying to say also.
