repeating decimal are numbers after the decimal point that occurs infinite times example 0.3333333333 or 27.8888888

It can't be a because it doesn't repeat 1 decimal. It can't be c because it doesn't repeat 1 decimal. It can't be c because, though it does repeat the 1's, the 4 terminates the repeating digits. B has many 7's in a row with no terminating decimal.
