This is not futur proche, except no2.
Futur proche is verb aller + infinitive

"Je vais au café" is verb aller + noun

As @Vincent-Lyon.Fr said, futur proche must include verb $\color{blue}{aller}$ (conjugated) plus an $\color{green}{infinitive}$ immediately following it.

For example, I am going to work harder this semester, (je $\color{blue}{vais}$ $\color{green}{travailler}$ plus fort ce trimestre)
