when you multiply out any of those "binomials" the last term, the number, will be what you get when you multiply the two constants together that has to give you \(-30\)

to it could be A \((2b+5)(2b-6)\) or it could be C \((2b-5)(2b+6)\) because \(-5\times 6=-30\) it can't be the other two

i have no idea what "work" you have to show to do this you pretty much have to grind it til you find it

you know what, im just gonna show my work for working out the answer choices and that should be good enough! lol and thank you, my mind was grinding gears over nothin over here haha

you can guess it will be \((2b+?)(5b+?)\) and then reason that one of those has to be positive, the other negative, since the product is negative

you get a bunch of choices, but since you really only have 4 possible answers, you can check the one that is right otherwise it is very tedious to go through all the possible combinations
