How do I calculate the appropriate markings for the two axes on a graph? I forgot. I know it involves the number of lines on each axis. And dividing something.

Meaning do they have the same distance between them.

@math&ing001 No all the data points are not equally distributed. The x-axis points are 0.0, 1.0, 2.4, 3.6, 4.9, 6.2.

Ok then take the highest data point you have (6.2), and round it to the nearest divisor of 30.Next highest divisor here would be 10. We divide 30 by 10 to get the unit.
? I'm thinking it's in increments of .2 But that would mean I'd need one extra line.
