"Me alegro de que hayas venido". "You've come" is in present perfect tense: "you have come". Here, "have" is an auxiliary verb, "haber" in Spanish and "come" is a participle: venido. Then, "you've come" is translated: "tú hayas venido" or simply, "hayas venido"."Me alegro que viniste" sounds some weird.
