You are given that formula: \(V(t)=32\cdot t\) What this formula means is that your velocity V(t), at the time of t seconds, will be 32 times that t. So for example if I wanted to find the velocity after 5 seconds (at t=5), then I would plug in 5 into the formula: \(V(5)=32\times 5=160\)
You need to do the same, but in your case- after 3 seconds (at t=3).
