I realize that this is probably really simple. But I just don't understand how to do this. Help please? :)

1. Using your calculator, complete the table below for the function y = cos x. Find the corresponding y-values rounded to the nearest thousandth.

I just need help with the fist one.

On the table these are the x values(they are all degrees)and I need to figure out the y value:
x:0 30 60 90 120 150 180 210 240 270 300 330 360

Next table has the same ones but they are all negatives(still degrees) and I need the y value
x: 0 -30 -60 -120 -150 -180 -210 -270 -300 -330 -360
y:
