ok well here you should start by distributing the -4 so -4*-3m = 12m and -4 *(-2) = 8 which means you now have 12m+8=32
you can subtract 8 from both sides like this 12m +8 -8 = 32 - 8
so now you have 12m=24 and now you can divide 12 from both sides
\[\frac{ 12m }{ 12 } = \frac{ 24 }{ 12 }\] leaving you with m = 24/12
which is 2

simplify and you will have \[x = -\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }\]
