So obviously Company A is cheaper because of the free mileage, while Company B chargers for your mileage. But the starting prices for the two are different, Company B is $9 cheaper
 Once Company B exceeds $74 in expenses, Company A will be cheaper. so .60m>9 m=9/.60 = 15. M has to be greater than 15 miles for Company A to be cheaper than Company B.
