just using something a scatter plot in excel, allows you to see that the data forms a parabola. So I'd expect you need to use some software that allows you to do quadratic regression. Its the same as linear regression, but you are using a quadratic equation, rather than a linear equation to describe the data. Most graphics calculations will do quadratic regression. Unfortunately, excel doesn't. hope its of some help.
From memory Geogebra allows you to plot the points and then use a command something like polyfit that allows you to derive an equation from a set of points.
