Hi welcome to OpenStudy @cecyloks :) It is better if you could show her how you get the answer. @narissa let's check if she's right. So you have the expression: -6(x-2y) you know that x = -3 and y= -5 substitute the given values in the expression: -6( (-3) -2(-5)) Evaluate the inside bracket first: what is -2 x -5? 10 so you have -6(-3 + 10) now what is -3 + 10 ? 7 right? so you are left with -6(7), which means -6 times 7. So what will be your answer?
