The final exam scores of the 9th graders in a high school The weights of children attending a birthday party The ages of people participating in a middle school cross country meet The outside temperature during the month of July

so we are looking to see which option has the chance of being skewed? I might be wrong, cuz I just googled what a histogram is... now http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-identify-skew-and-symmetry-in-a-statistical.html children in a birthday party will have very little variety because we can assume all of the children would be around the same age? people in middle school would also be all around the same age temperatures in july are usually predictable and within a certain range over the course of a month

OpenStudy (peterg2001):

D?
