OpenStudy (trwatkins1):

,_,

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

first subtract 8x from both sides: 8x-8x+6y=12-8x 6y=12-8x divide both sides by 6: 6y/6=(12-8x)/6 \[y=2-\frac{ 4 }{ 3 }x\] \[y=-\frac{ 4 }{ 3 }x+2\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes I agree!

OpenStudy (trwatkins1):

yea listen to him or her ^

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

wow thx so much! i have one more :/

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

OpenStudy (trwatkins1):

@AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

look at the attachment

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

i would suggest first change this into slope intercept form: 6x+4y=8 4y=8-6x y=2-3/2x y=-3/2x+2 so slope is -3/2 and y intercept is 2. as the slope is negative, the line goes from bottom right to top left it intercepts the y aiss at 2

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

so line a?

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

@pinklion23 which line fits my requirements? lol `slope is negative, the line goes from bottom right to top left it intercepts the y aiss at 2`

OpenStudy (trwatkins1):

i think its line d

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

no

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

@trwatkins1 is correct, D

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

yeah line d :)

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

correct

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

hey that was what i was going to say :(

OpenStudy (trwatkins1):

omfg i got that right sombody call faze no scope tripple 865

alones (alones):

lol that's right when x=0 y must be 2 when y=0 x mest be 4/3 So the answer is D

OpenStudy (pinklion23):

no the and is B. Line d

alones (alones):

well still the answer is b and line is d :) i was just riting it in wrong way lol
