Fan+medal (no subject for this) compare and contrast the foreground, middleground, and background of a shot. Evaluate the importance of each element in an image. Your answer should be no more than 150 words.

OpenStudy (rowbe98):

Oh, photography? Fun! Foreground, middle ground, and background's relationship in a shot is very important. They help with the photo's balance. Not all photos have all three, though, but you still need to watch for them. Your position in relation to the photo changes how these will look. The foreground could be in focus, and the rest blurred, or the background could be the focus and the foreground blurred. Foreground is the area immediately in front of you, and it sort of sets the stage for the rest of the photo. Background makes a nice backdrop for your photo, and depending on how you set it up it could even frame the photo for you. Middle ground is fair game, since it's everything between the foreground and background, so you need to make sure it's set up right with lighting and everything. Anyway, I'll stop rambling. I hope this helps you!
