Not all adverbs end in "-ly", but most adverbs so. When I say they "modify" a verb, adjective or other adverbs, it means that the word describes it. For example, in this sentence: "Chris, screamed loudly when his foot got broken." the word "loudly" is the adverb c: :D See how it describes how he screamed? c: But yes, you can ask another question, but can you put it on another post please? :)
