When a writer wants to make you feel as though you are part of the story, which of the following might the author include? A; Names of people and places B; Footnotes explaining the story C; A bibliography for further reading D;Notes from the author about research
I believe it is B because the author wants you to understand what is going on to get a better picture in your mind as if you were part of the story.
I'd think A because it when there are names you make a closer connection.... Like you can imagine it. Idk, confusing question
@GabeBae
Hello
What do you think ?
I'm stuck between A and B @Ciarasaraus I could see why you picked B
Im not sure myself
I honestly think its A. because the footnotes would help the reader understand, but it wouldn't necessarily make the reader feel as if they were part of the story. I'd personally go with A.
I wouldn't consider A because even if you have a name, you need to understand the story more. You can't really have a picture of whats going on, if you have a Suntrust building and say, Alex, you invision a boy named alex standing infront of the building, but without notes here and there explaining, you never know. Alex could be standing there eating a sandwhich and tieing his shoes, but without notes, you wouldn't know that. Also, it gives the reader an invision of "Oh theres alex, im there watching him eat a sandwhich while tieing his shoes"
But I understand your point, @Theloshua
Uusually when i'm reading a story and it gives out names/places I would get an image in my mind
Same. Its just my opinion. Hoped we helped somewhat @kyle55
