B. Easiest way to do it? It says that it takes 16 small containers to fill the large container. So, take the amount that the small container can hold and multiply it by 16. Since it's multiple choice, it makes it easier. You find out which one corresponds with the other. I'm not good at explaining, but hopefully you understand. :)
