("easy")When the temperature goes up 3 degrees on the Cantor Scale, it goes up by 8 on the Frobenius scale. On both scales, 18 degrees is the same temperature. How many degrees are equal to 30 degrees Cantor? I feel like this is a trick question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is it asking for degrees of Frobenius?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

30-18 =12. Divide that by 3 on the cantor scale to find out how much you have to multiply the Frobenius scale by.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because 12/3=4, you have to multiply the Frobenius scale by 4.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4*8 is 32.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

32+18 gets you the correct answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it wasn't a trick question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

prolly not lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay lol
