OpenStudy (briggles1999):

Fan and medal:) a triangle is rotated 35 degrees about the origin. What is true about the relationship between the image and the pre-image?

OpenStudy (thread252):

do you have an snswer choice?

OpenStudy (briggles1999):

Here you go

OpenStudy (thread252):

I believe the answer is A, cuz if you rotate an shape you don't change the length or the size of the shape

OpenStudy (briggles1999):

oh ok thank you that actualy makes sense

OpenStudy (mathmate):

@briggles1999 For your information for future problems: Rotations and translations alone or in combination will preserve lengths and angles. In addition, translation alone will preserve parallelism between preimage and image.

OpenStudy (briggles1999):

Oh thank you @mathmate

OpenStudy (briggles1999):

Can you help me with anymore problems i go to connections and have 10th grade geometry

OpenStudy (mathmate):

Sure! You only have to tag me AFTER you've given your thoughts! :)

OpenStudy (briggles1999):

okay thats good

OpenStudy (briggles1999):

For this one i know that rotating it on the origin is easy and it should come out reversed like but im confused
