If you bake a cake in the oven in your kitchen, you can feel the warmth of the oven if you stand next to it. This is an example of heat transfer by conduction convection reflection radiation

Conduction is when heat is transfered between molecules. Given that you are not in contact with the cake, then it is not conduction. Convection occurs is fluids in which currents of convection flow in the same system, which is also not the case. Reflection is when a material is hit at a surface and sent back to near the source area. That is also not the case. Radiation is when a wave flows and touches a material, which is you. Hence this would be the correct choice.
