OpenStudy (danjs):

a reflection with respect to some line , means you want to jump over that line for each point perpendicularly the same perpendicular distance

OpenStudy (danjs):

this one is pretty easy, the line is horizontal

OpenStudy (danjs):

C will jump over to the point c'(4,2)

OpenStudy (danjs):

http://www.mathsisfun.com/geometry/reflection.html mirrored over the line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are the other ones i got A,B&D wrong too

OpenStudy (danjs):

See B is 4 units away from that line, when you reflect it , the B' will be also 4 units away on the other side

OpenStudy (danjs):

so B will reflect over to give (4,0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would a be 5,3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats A & D

OpenStudy (danjs):

A is 5 units from that reflection line, must be the same on the other side, results in the point A'(6 , -1)
