Hi please check my answer (:

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

Here is the problem:

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

Here is my answer: to find y-intercept substitute x for 0 ( y-intercept is a point where line intersect y-axis when x=0) for x-intercpet substitute y for 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The problem comes up too small for me to see it.

OpenStudy (kpop4life123):

i cant see it too

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

Just saw that one sec

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

there that should work (:

OpenStudy (kpop4life123):

it became really big

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

Yeah idk why it does that. You can see it right though?

OpenStudy (kpop4life123):

no its too big i cant even read a letter/number

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

@Kpop4life123 im sorry idk then.. i can see it when i click on the link.

OpenStudy (kpop4life123):

:/

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Big is fine :) You can just zoom out. The small one was the problem lol

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Your answer looks great! I would maybe add just a tiny bit more: To find the y-intercept, substitute x=0 `and then solve for y.` To find the x-intercept, substitute y=0 `and then solve for x.`

OpenStudy (kpop4life123):

oh lol sorry

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

@zepdrix thank you... so you don't think I need to add the things in parenthesis that i had the first time do you?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Ummm I dunno. In parenthesis you're explaining what an intercept `is`, the first part explains how to find them. "Determine the intercepts". I would interpret that as "find them". So I think you're ok without the parenthesis portion. You can include it if you want to be `more thorough` though. It doesn't hurt to keep it. :)

OpenStudy (celinegirl):

@zepdrix okay thank you so much!

zepdrix (zepdrix):
