I'm kind of confused too because I'm not given what type of lens they are referring to...

The table is referring to a convex (converging) lens - you can tell this based on the information already provided.

You might find this website helpful for filling out the rest of the table:

Follow the steps for drawing rays and if you sketch things out for each situation you should be able fill out the table no problem! If you understand the sign conventions you can also just use the lens equation and the equation for magnification to figure out information about the image (but the sign conventions can get confusing so I'd say stick with drawing things out first!).

Oh also if you don't understand virtual and real images, (idk if you do or not didn't really read the thread), virtual is like when its in the mirror. Real images is like if you had a bed sheet and you put it at the image position, the real image of the object would be projected onto the bed sheet.
